The service was adequate but I’m very disappointed that there are never special offers on oil changes for Diesel trucks. My Silverado 1500 with the 3.0 diesel engine only uses 7 qts of oil and cost $130 while a the same truck with a large V8 gas engine can get a full synthetic oil change for only $80. There is no reason for that large a cost disparity.

Took over 8 hours to get new tires put on my car. All four of my wheels are scratched/ gouged up from where wheel weights were removed. I was expecting their price matching policy to be an actual price match. Turns out it wasn't and it was hundreds more than if I would have gotten the tires from Costco. They did price match the tires but then there were extra charges added in that I would not have had if I just would have stuck with Costco. I'm mostly upset about the damages done to my wheels from where the old wheel weights were removed. It appears they used something metal to scrape the weights off. The markings left behind on each wheel looks like a simple screwdriver was used and it left scratches and gouges on all of my wheels.

I have had some issues readjusting to my Tahoe with regard to the blower and vent status. I drove Toyotas for 20 years. The Toyota pulls the cabin air from the back of the cabin so you can shut the heat and air off and just have cool air through the vent. There was an issue with debris in the blower after a $240 oil change when you changed a cabin filter. I assumed that a vent door was stuck after that and brought it back to evaluate why I can’t get cool air through the dash. After a $93 diagnosis, I find out that the only way to get cool air through the dash is having the air conditioning running 🤔😔 The team said that that was functioning normally. 😬 kinda silly since I have had my Tahoe for over a year 🤷‍♀️

That 2022 Colorado had the worst paint job I had ever seen on a new vehicle. Wiring problems, transmission shifting problems, Infotainment problems, it was a lemon. I took my 2025 Corvette ZO6 in to Tom Naquin service to address warning lights, ABS, Parking Brake, Front Collision and Electronic Stability illuminated on the dash. The car currently has 870 miles on the odometer and the problem showed-up intermittently after the first several hundred miles. The code reader showed an issue with the left front wheel speed sensor. A new sensor was ordered, which took two weeks to arrive. After installation, the problem was not solved. At this point I was told GM needed to approve replacement of additional parts. Another two weeks passed before approval was granted and parts, wheel hub and bearing, were installed, which fixed the problem. I believe that Tom Naquin was supportive and the delays in completing the repair can be attributed to GM. I seems unreasonable that it would take two weeks for GM to ship repair parts to a service center.

Car showed low tire pressure for the second time in 3 weeks. Stopped by tom naquin Chevrolet to have the tire checked for the problem. They were great. Got in for service in 2 hours. I was impressed by their quick response. There was a hole in my tire and it was fixed and ready to go in 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with the service i received.

service is always great, but this visit was different. no one opened the garage door so i had to walk in and proceeded to wait 15 minutes until someone showed up to wait on me. Service itself was prompt so that was good, i think about 45 minutes. While waiting Mr Naquin came out and talked to me next to the new trucks, that was a nice experience. i saw my truck get pulled up outside and preceded to wait about 10-15 minutes until the paperwork was brought in for me to pay, by then i was ready to leave.
